Delete your CamGig account
You can ask us to delete your CamGig account and the personal information linked to it at any time. Below is how to make the request, and what happens to your data afterwards.
How to request deletion
By email
Send an email to the address below. Please include the email address registered to your CamGig account so that we can verify the request.

In the app
Open the CamGig app and go to Settings, then tap the menu shown below.
Settings β Withdraw
In the app this menu is labelled "Withdraw". It withdraws β that is, deletes β your CamGig account, and is not the same as withdrawing a job application. Confirm on the "Withdraw Your Account" screen to complete the request.
Processing time
Once we have verified that the request comes from the account holder, we complete the deletion within 30 days.

- Account and login credentials
- Profile information
- Work history
- Job applications
- Chat messages
Data we must retain
Accounting and transaction records that we are required to keep under Cambodian law.
- Retention period
- 10 years from the date the record was created
- After that period, these records are permanently deleted.
The 10-year period follows the Law on Accounting and Auditing of the Kingdom of Cambodia, which requires enterprises to keep accounting records for at least ten years from the date they are created. This obligation covers accounting and transaction records only. It does not cover profile information, job applications or chat messages, which are deleted as described above.
